Use at Own Risk

By renting and/or using any inflatable equipment provided by Bubble Adventures Party Rental, the client agrees to the following terms and conditions and accepts that these terms and conditions are binding upon the client and/or any other user of the inflatable equipment:

Assumption of Risk

• The use of inflatable equipment, including but not limited to jumping castles, involves inherent risks such as falls, collisions, and/or physical injury.
• The client acknowledges and agrees that all participants use the equipment at their own risk and that Bubble Adventures Party Rental will not be liable under any circumstances whatsoever, howsoever arising.

Responsibility Of The Client

• The client is fully responsible for the safe and proper use of the inflatable during the rental period.
• Adult supervision is required at all times while the inflatable is in use.
• Bubble Adventures Party Rental is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur due to misuse, lack of supervision, or failure to follow safety instructions.

Waiver of Liability

• The client agrees to release, waive, and hold harmless Bubble Adventures Party Rental, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use of the inflatable equipment.
• This includes injuries to participants, guests, spectators, or damage to property.

Participant Safety Rules

• Shoes, glasses, sharp objects, food, drinks, and chewing gum are not allowed on the inflatable.
• No flips, rough play, climbing on walls, or exceeding the recommended capacity.
• The inflatable must not be moved, unplugged, or altered once installed.
• Use must stop immediately if any unsafe conditions arise, including but not limited to. strong winds, rain, or overcrowding).

Health & Medical Conditions

• Participants with medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations should not use the inflatable.

Weather Conditions

• The client accepts responsibility for monitoring weather conditions during the rental period.
• Use of the inflatable in unsafe weather conditions is done entirely at the client’s own risk.

Damage & Loss

• The client is responsible for any damage to the inflatable caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety rules.
• Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the client.

Acceptance of Terms

• By booking, signing a rental agreement, or allowing participants to use the inflatable, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
• The client agrees to inform all participants and guests that the inflatable is used at their own risk.
